Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or bulk orders may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within Canada.
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Local Delivery (Barrie & GTA):
Free local delivery on orders over $50. Standard local delivery fee: $5–$10.
Same-day delivery available on select items.

Shipping Carrier:
All orders are shipped via Canada Post or local courier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Perishable Products:
We ship our sea moss gel and smoothies in insulated packaging to maintain freshness. Please refrigerate upon arrival.

Incorrect Address:
We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address at checkout.
